1. Booth features:

Booth material is PVC: Outside PVC panel thickness is 5mm, Inside PVC panel thickness is 10mm

Cyclone is made of stainless steel.

Stainless steel material features:

*** It never get corrosion. It has 30years long service life.

*** It never get rust.

*** Powder can always be recycled and inside of the cyclone is always clean.

(Never use carbon steel material cyclone. The carbon steel can easily get corrosion after two or three years use, and the whole cyclone will be useless; and you cannot do any powder recycle---because all powder through the cyclone will be contaminated because of the cyclone surface corrosion)

Change color, no need to change filters.

Powder can be recycled and re-join the powder coating process automatically.

The whole booth system will not have powder flying outside. The powder coating site is always clean.
