PVC Automatic Booth With Big Cyclone

1.      WHY WE CHOOSE PVC MATERIAL FOR FAST COLOR CHANGE BOOTH, AND WHY WE CHOOSE STAINLESS STEEL BIG CYCLONE

(1)     Booth material is PVC.

Outside PVC panel thickness is 5mm, Inside PVC panel thickness is 10mm; service life can be 30years more. It is not PP material. PVC material is the best material now in the world to make a fast color change booth. Some people uses PP material to make the booth instead of PVC, because PP material is cheap in price; PP material is soft in hardness and it is easy to cut/machine and easy to weld; especially weld process, almost very little suppliers can do very good PVC welding. Here below is a char to compare PP material with PVC material. You can understand why we choose PVC material for fast color change booth all the time:

PP material is easy to get fire. This is very danger for a powder coating booth.

(2) Big Cyclone material is stainless steel.

Big cyclone material is stainless steel, and we are the only China supplier to manufacture cyclone with stainless steel material. All other suppliers choose carbon steel material. Obviously, stainless steel price is expensive than carbon steel, but the reason to choose this material is mainly from duration and high performance quality. As we all know, cyclone has very high speed of wind (mixture of air + powder) to pass through all the time during spray job. The wind speed of the large cyclone barrel is about 20 meters per second. At this high speed, the mixture of air and powder will have very strong impact when touching the inner wall of the cyclone, and thus damage the surface as well. If the cyclone is made of powder-coated carbon steel, the surface will get damaged and corrosion very easily and quickly, finally get a failure of the cyclone. Stainless steel material is strong enough and will not get corrosion and rusted.

2. WHAT IS THE OPERATION ADVANTAGE OF THIS WHOLE BOOTH SYSTEM:

(1)     This whole booth system service life can last for 30years.

(2)     PVC material booth surface is easy to clean, and the whole system can change color in 10~15min (with use of powder center as well to help cleaning automatic gun powder pipes automatically).

(3)     Cyclone system can automatically collect powder falling on the booth floor.

(4)     Two stage recovery system can exhaust clean air from booth system. So this whole system can do clean air inside-factory direct exhaust.

(5)     Manual spray stations are big enough, and worker can go inside to check status if needed.

(6)     Booth base is made of stainless steel, and the air knife is working all the time during spray. So there is seldom powder accumulation during use.

(7)     Booth base: the bottom air duct is 1-U-shaped + pneumatic flap, the left and right air knives blow to the middle.
