The Power & Free automatic powder coating line is a specific type coating line where parts are moved using a dual-chain system:
One chain moves fast to take the parts from one area to another;

and the other chain moves slower, for example: when parts are doing powder coating inside the coating booth, in this process, the parts are taken by the slow chain so that they can be powder coated evenly and completely;

This design offers flexibility and precise control of parts movement.

The automatic powder coating booth is used for spraying and collecting powder for reuse.
There are many choices for booth materials from the standard level to the top level, including electrolytic galvanized steel, stainless steel, and PVC.

A Compact Powder Coating Heating Oven is Used to Heat Parts efficiently and Completely.

Unlike traditional horizontal powder coating lines where parts are generally moved along a single conveyor and keep moving when heating, the power & free system allows parts to be stopped and held in place during the curing process, the part will move out of the oven one batch by another, and when the 1st batch parts are finished heating, the oven door opens, the 1st batch parts move out, meanwhile, the other batch parts move forward and stop at the right places, the oven door closes for heating.

The ability to pause parts in the heating zones allows for precise control over curing times and temperature distribution.

The power & free chain provides continuous movement and independent stops of the parts.

The chain moves continuously, pushing the parts moving along the line. However, the slow chain's carriers can be disengaged from the fast chain and moved independently, allowing them to pause in certain areas (like the powder spray booth or curing oven) without halting the entire line.

The powder coating gun is also very important to the whole coating line quality & performance.
