S20 Functions：

（1）Master/Slave Function：Any machine in the cabinet can be designated as the master machine, when the master machine works and stops, the slave machine will automatically execute synchronous action；

 

（2）Master/Slave + Locked：If you do not want to use one slave machine, you just need to click the LOCK button on its panel then the machine will be locked, and it will not synchronize with the master machine, even if power-on again it will still remember the LOCK state. Press the LOCK button again will release the lock.

 

（3）Pre-set Functions of Flat mode, Deep groove mode, and Repair mode：When user needs to spray different parts, it is not necessary to spend time to set electrostatic parameters, just press the corresponding button, it will switch to the correct mode .After finished the spray, just press the corresponding button again to switch to normal working state.

 

（4）It can be connected to robot or PLC to response their "on/off" signal；When using 485 communication of MODBUS, it can accept the control signals of robot, and automatically adjust different spraying parameters at any time during spraying different positions of the part. No other brand gun has this function. Only S20 has this unique function.

 

（5）Power voltage: AC100V-240V,50-60Hz automatic adaptation.

 

（6）3 languages on the control panel for choose:Chinese,English,Spanish

 

（7）S20 powder coating gun can add a new function of "accumulated working time record", which can automatically accumulate the time in the RUN state. The unit is hour + minute; the user can reset it at any time, which is used to make statistics for a period of time purposefully.
