1. Pretreatment System:

This area typically includes equipment for degreasing, washing, surface conditioning, phosphating/silanization, pure water washing, and drying.

 

 

2. Coating System:

Equipment Performance Differences and Failures: After long-term operation, some equipment frequently malfunctions due to issues such as raw material quality, airflow calculation errors, or improper control system design, resulting in significant losses.
