M2 Manual Electrostatic Powder Coating Gun
M2 powder coating gun is an economic type powder coating gun. It has used our own program and it inlcudes 4 patents, and it can exceed GEMA or Wagner or Nordson gun in deep groove coating, solving Faraday effect, and also powder rate.
Detailed spec: single phase, AC100~240V, 50~60Hz self-adaptive
(1)High performance powder coating gun, can easily do corners coating and included angle coatings.

(3)We supply one year quick wear parts free of charge with the gun.
Electricity heating oven
(1) Outside dimension: custom made
(2) One side hinged doors with patented door lock.
(3) Oven material:
Inner layer: hot-dip galvanized steel which can withstand high-temperature heating;
Out layer: powder coated steel instead of wet painting steel, so it is with good weather-resistance property.
(4) Assembled structure oven, and can be easily installed at field.
(5) Insulation Layer: 100mm thick high-density rock wool
(6) 1set of electricity heating control system.
(7) Stainless steel electric heating tube with radiating fin, infrared direct heating.
(8) All temperatures can be controlled. And after curing is finished, the system will stop and there will be alarm to remind for oven door opening.
Manual Booth
(1)Booth material: electrolytic galvanized steel sheet 1.5mm thickness, with powder coated high glossy surface. Easy to clean up, and long duration for more than 20years.
(2)Control: Automatic pulse controller with separate control of fan, lighting and filter pulse blowback.
(3)Top ceiling of the booth, 2sets of isolated LED lighting system
(4)1 set of single stage automatic pulse backflush powder recovery system

*Clean air indoor exhaust---you don’t need to connect an exhaust pipe to outside from the fan.
