Transverse System Powder Coating Line
Feature for this line: it can do continuous production. The overhead conveyor above the booth moves automatically---this is very important to reach an even powder coating finish for doors, fences, panel parts etc.

1. Tranverse System Advantages:
(1) Adapt to limited workshop Space
(2) Parts transited on rails all the time, no need to move manually.
(3) Parts move automatically at even speed.
2. Key points for straight transverse:
(1) When the curing oven is closed, the painting line does not stop.
(2) When the workpiece passes through the booth, it must be driven electrically, and pass through the booth at a constant speed, so that it can be coated automatically or manually (cannot be pulled!)
(3) The 5 tracks of the traverse trolley and the booth track can be aligned and automatically locked.
(4) The traverse trolley and the track alignment in the oven are automatically locked.
