Automatic Spraying Coating Labor Saving Powder Coating Production line System
(1) The workpiece moves together with the coating chain and passes through the powder coating spraying booth at a constant speed to complete the automatic spraying;
(2) In different process sections, the workpiece completes different pre-treatment processes, such as degreasing, cleaning, phosphating, etc.
Product Description
Spraying pretreatment:
(1) The whole automatic spraying pretreatment tunnel is mainly made of 304 stainless steel with long corrosion resistance.
(2) The liquid in each spraying process is recycled and reused after spraying. There are filters in the recovery channel.
(3) According to the technological requirements, some liquid medicines may need to be heated before spraying.
(4) All the spraying nozzles can be quickly replaced (stainless steel clasps);
(5) According to different requirements of liquid medicine, different types of spraying nozzles and different spraying pressure are selected.
(6) Preventing liquid medicine pollution from each other in different processes by rational design;
(7) The side plates and roofs of the whole spray line are assembled to facilitate transportation and installation on site.
(8) An exhausting fan is installed near the hot water area of the spraying line to prevent steam spillover in the workshop;
(9) All spraying pumps use plastic or stainless steel as required;
(10) All pump outputs are equipped with one-way valves to prevent liquid from returning to damaged seals during shutdown.

The automatic powder coating booth
1. There are many choices for booth materials from the standard level to the top level, including electrolytic galvanized steel, stainless steel, and PVC.
PVC booth is the highest booth system you can choose.
(1) Compared to others including PP booths, PVC booths can be cleaned easily and quickly cause it's hard for powders to stick to the PVC panels.
(2) PP is not good to make a booth, cause it's fragile and inferior weather performance.
2. Booth's bottom can be designed with an IU base to avoid powder accumulation.
3. The booth can be equipped with a cyclone two-stage stainless steel powder recovery system, which can realize clean air direct exhaust indoors, and of course, when changing powder color, you don't need to clean the cyclone system which helps to save time a lot. this system is also highly recommended by our old customers who ever used of it.

The curing tunnel oven
The curing tunnel oven can be a bridge-type oven or an air curtain-type oven.
Internal multi-point independent adjustable hot air ducts, and to make sure a uniform temperature, several temperature measuring spots are set inside, conducive to uniform heat distribution.

Automatic powder coating guns
Now M2 & S20 powder coating guns are our star products.
