The fully automatic electrostatic powder coating line is designed to automate the entire coating process, from loading parts to washing pretreatment, drying, powder coating, curing, and unloading.

1. Loading Parts onto the Line

When loading parts onto the line, it is important to ensure that they are properly positioned and securely attached to the conveyor system. 2. Pre-Treatment

Before the parts can be coated, they must undergo pre-treatment to ensure that all parts have no oil, no rust, and no dust. 3. Drying

4. Powder Coating

(1) It is important to ensure the use of the high-performance powder coating spraying gun so that it can apply the powder evenly to each corner of the metal part surface at the correct thickness to achieve a smooth and consistent finish.

(2) The powder should be clean and in good condition.

 

5. Curing

Once the parts have been coated, they must be heated in a curing oven to melt the powder paint onto the part surface. You can follow the powder using instructions for curing time and temperature to ensure that the coating is properly cured and durable. Normally, you can set the constant temperature curing time as 20 minutes, and the constant heating temperature as 180- 200 degrees.

(1) The oven's heat-resistance property, energy consumption, etc., are very important. You can set several measuring spots at different heights to test the oven temperature to see whether the heat is evenly distributed and whether the oven temperature rises stably without sharp fluctuations at each position.

6. Cooling and Unloading

After the parts have been cured, they must be allowed to cool before they can be unloaded from the powder coating spraying line.

Make sure there is a big space to unload parts.

 

7. The whole chain conveyor system

(2) The lubrication of the chain should be designed accurately to avoid oil dripping.
