This custom diesel heating curing oven is specially designed for powder coating production lines. It adopts a diesel burner as the heat source and is equipped with a full hot air circulation system to complete powder coating curing of metal workpieces.

The oven consists of diesel burner unit, hot air circulating fan, air duct system, thick insulated oven body, intelligent temperature controller and safety protection components. Diesel is fully burned by the burner to produce heat. Hot air circulates continuously inside the chamber through fans and optimized air channels, forming a balanced temperature field, so that workpieces get even heating. It can keep stable curing temperature, let powder coating melt, flow and solidify, forming tough, smooth and anti-corrosion coating.
