1. Adjust the input air pressure; JOBON S20 recommends a constant 0.55MPa.
2. Reduce the atomizing air pressure.
3. Reduce the fluidizing air pressure.
4. Check the spray gun barrel for dirt.
5. Check the powder delivery pipe for powder buildup.
6. Replace the powder injection sleeve (Venturi tube).
7. Clean the powder pump.
