Electrostatic spraying requires a set of special equipment, which is the largest initial investment, but after development and improvement, the core components are retained, the cumbersome structure is simplified, and the electrostatic spraying line is optimized to reduce the investment cost of the equipment. In fact, some equipment manufacturers have tried this aspect and achieved results, greatly reducing the equipment cost of electrostatic spraying production lines. The electrostatic coating line consists of several main components: a quick color change system, a digital reciprocator, a powder spray booth and an infrared radiation curing area.
1. Quick color change system The quick color change powder supply center is an integrated component in the quick color change system, and it is the core of the quick color change system, which affects the spraying quality of the final product. The powder supply center is controlled by integrated electrical, which processes the powder supplied by the original powder box or the new powder device, and monitors the powder level through the powder level detector, which controls the ascent and descent of the powder conveying device. The powder supply center should have its own recovery device to prevent powder from overflowing during spray production and color change. The recovered powder is directly sent to the powder supply box, and the inside of the powder suction pipe, powder pump, powder pipe and spray gun should be automatically cleaned.
2. Digital reciprocating machine The digital reciprocating machine is controlled by PLC and driven by a servo motor. It should be able to achieve the lowest reversal point and the highest reversal point, and digitally display the running speed through the Chinese interface.
3. The powder spraying room is equipped with a hanging conveying system to transfer and circulate the workpiece. At the same time, a set of large cyclone separator and a set of filter-type post-filters are required to collect excess powder for recycling and keep the powder spraying room clean.
4. Infrared radiation curing The working principle of infrared radiation is that the workpiece absorbs the energy of infrared radiation and converts it into heat, thereby curing the coating. For the coating curing process, the infrared wavelength selection range should be such that it can penetrate the coating to the greatest extent and rarely penetrate the wood, so that it is converted into heat energy just at the junction of the coating and the wood, so that the coating can be Cure inside out.
