On December 8, 2023, Mr. Pan Pengfei, Chairman of JOBON, participated in the "2023 Advanced Enamel Technology Seminar" co-sponsored by the Enamel Branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society and Donghua University, and was invited to deliver an academic report "Progress & Application of Electrostatic Dry Enameling Equipment", which was praised by the experts attending the meeting.
The report introduced that Haier's enamel line adopted JOBON electrostatic enamel spray guns and eliminated manual spraying. The production capacity increased by 53.3% to 86.7%, the pass rate increased by 10%-13%, and the enamel powder consumption decreased by 20%. Significant benefits have shocked experts and scholars all over the world.
