In year 2018, JOBON company's director Mr. Pan Peng Fen was invited to attend the 24th Internatioanl Enameller Congress at Chicago, USA. The congress is held for discussing technology improvement for enamel material surface coating on metals.
During the congress, Mr. Pan Peng Fei was invited to publish a blockbuster paper and interpret the paper on the spot: Research of Extra-Long Steel Pipe Enameling. This research paper is completed basing on real enamelling coating line design and a real production case. And the whole line is automatic, and it can enamel coating 12.5m long steel pipe, and after enamel, the fire process is also automatic and at the same continuous line. The thickness of surface of enamel layer can be more than 300um.
This design has solved a worldwide question: how to keep steel pipe straight after it passes through 830degree firing oven.
