In the spraying process, the heating and curing of the automatic assembly line electrostatic spraying equipment is an important process link. If the curing is not good, it will directly affect the quality of the coating, which will have a bad impact on the finished product.
Most of the anti-corrosion coatings are thermosetting, and the coatings are generally cured by hot air convection curing and infrared curing. Different curing methods have different effects on the adhesion strength of the coating and the quality of the product.
In this heating and curing method, the heat utilization rate is only 25%-35%, and the heat loss is serious, which often causes the phenomenon that the organic solvent at the bottom of the coating has no time to volatilize and the surface coating is cured first, resulting in the generation of pinhole bubbles and other disadvantages on the surface of the coating. The corrosive medium penetrates into the bottom of the substrate, causing rust spots on the surface of the workpiece, or even cracking and falling off, which will cause local damage to the adhesion of the coating.
