The first choice for curing oven; from the perspective of ease of use, degree of automation and cleanliness and environmental protection, the gas heating system (automatic) is also very good for the pipeline drying tunnel heating.

3. If the amount of spraying is very small, the far-infrared electric radiation heating system (fully automatic) with the least one-time investment can be considered. The advantages of the electric heating system are: the price is very low, and it is also fully automatic control; The disadvantages of electric heating system as below:

 (1) The operating cost is high, which is the highest consumption among the 4 heating systems;

(2) The electric heating element of the heating system occupies a large space in the curing oven, and the actual usable volume of the curing furnace box of the same size will become smaller, especially the width;

(3) The workpiece must be kept at a certain distance from the electric heating element, otherwise the local temperature will be too high, resulting in chromatic aberration, which further reduces the available space in the curing oven.
