M2 powder coating gun is an economic type powder coating gun. It has used our own program and inlcudes 4 patents. It can exceed GEMA or Wagner or Nordson gun in deep groove coating, solving Faraday effect, also powder rate.

Fast Color Change PVC Material Automatic Booth and Stainless Steel Cyclone Powder Recovery System,can change color in 15 minutes,and do continuous production.
Outside PVC panel thickness is 5mm, Inside PVC panel thickness is 10mm. It is not PP material. PVC material is the best material now in the world to make a fast color change booth. Some people uses PP material to make the booth instead of PVC, because PP material is cheap in price; PP material is soft in hardness and it is easy to cut/machine and easy to weld; especially weld process, almost very little suppliers can do very good PVC welding.
This whole booth system service life can last for 30years.
PVC material booth surface is easy to clean, and the whole system can change color in 15min (with use of powder center as well to help cleaning automatic gun powder pipes automatically).
Cyclone system can automatically collect powder falling on the booth floor, and then send good powder back to powder hopper again.
Two stage recovery system can exhaust clean air from booth system. So this whole system can do clean air inside-factory direct exhaust.
Manual spray stations are big enough, and worker can go inside to check status if needed.
Booth base is made of stainless steel, and the air knife is working all the time during spray. So there is seldom powder accumulation during use.
Booth base: the bottom air duct is 1-U-shaped + pneumatic flap, the left and right air knives blow to the middle.
