*** Automatic Powder Coating Line Machine Processing Technology

Upper part → pre-treatment (shot blasting and rust removal/self-spraying) → drying treatment → electrostatic powder coating system software → drying and solidification → before electrostatic powder coating of the lower part, the workpiece to be coated must be pre-treated, such as removing Oil, anti-rust treatment, chlorosilane solution and water cleaning, etc., if necessary, it is very likely that grinding and polishing and sandblasting treatment must be carried out to improve the compressive strength of the coating.

Only product workpieces that have undergone reliable pre-processing can ensure a uniform film thickness of the coating and its strong adsorption. When the painting is finished, the workpiece of the painted product must be sent to the heating furnace for baking within a certain period of time, so that the powder coating can be heated to produce a detailed coating according to different processing requirements. Common drying methods include warm air circulation system and radiant heat baking.
