The tunnel oven 

The tunnel oven is typically designed to work with a conveyor system that allows the products to pass through the tunnel oven at a constant speed automatically and allows for even heating and curing.

The tunnel oven's curing temperature and time can vary depending on your real demand, and how to realize accurate control is one of the factors that determine the oven quality.

  • JOBON  gas/ diesel oven controller is a seven-inch HMI with an English interface, users can choose to use °C or °F which is very user-friendly;
  • Both the tunnel oven temperature and hot air temperature are automatically controlled which avoids overheating and less heating;
  • The burner status is visible on the HMI, so you will know whether it's in normal or faulty status immediately and make adjustments to avoid any further possible problems.
  • When the burner is stopped, the circulating fan will run automatically for a period of time to prevent heat accumulation inside the heating system which can shorten the oven's service life.
  • The water cooling system is equipped to the oven heating system to cool the fan bearings

 

 

The oven's heating energy can be electricity, gas, or diesel, you can choose based on your real situation.
1. Electric Heating: This is the most common heating source used in electrostatic powder curing ovens for plants that have solar panels to generate electricity. However, the electricity bill can be very high for many plants that have no solar panels.

2. Gas Heating: Gas heating is an excellent way of powder coating heating, providing a more cost-effective and efficient option. 

3. Diesel Heating: This is also a good choice for curing. Some customers used to worry that the smoke produced when burning will contaminate the parts, don't worry about this, cause the fire combustion channel is isolated from the hot air circulation channel, these two are from different paths.
