Reason for the error:
The use value of recycled powder is less than half of the original powder, and the spraying effect will be significantly reduced.
To spray the same area of workpiece with a high-performance spray gun, assuming only 10 kg of powder is needed, a low-quality spray gun may require 20 kg of powder. In addition to doubling the powder consumption, the following aspects will be greatly affected:
(1) Spraying labor consumption
(2) Recycling system working time consumption and power consumption during spraying
(3) Compressed air consumption
(4) Labor consumption for adding new powder and recycling old powder, etc.
(5) Spray guns with low powder loading rates will also have a significantly poor ability to spray dead corners, uneven powder loading, and greatly increase the probability of scrapping the sprayed workpiece.
In summary, using a low-performance spray gun is not cost-effective!
